From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The hotel’s location is perfect—close to the main attractions yet peaceful and elegant. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed with every comfort in mind. Housekeeping kept everything immaculate throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a huge variety of fresh and delicious options every morning. What truly made our experience special was the incredible service. Every staff member went above and beyond to make us feel at home. A special mention goes to Zineb Zaid, the Guest Relations Supervisor, whose professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made our stay absolutely perfect. She checked on us daily, arranged special touches for our family, and ensured that every request was handled promptly and with a smile. This hotel sets a new standard for luxury and genuine care. We left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Istanbul—truly a 10/10 experience!

The staff are the best you could wish for in terms of service. They are highly professional and can anticipate your wishes and needs even before you ask. The WhatsApp chat truly made our stay so enjoyable – many thanks to Zineb Zaid and the team, who speak so many different languages! Special thanks again to Zineb Zaid, Mert, Ozol, Ali, Özge, and Amena. The breakfast was amazing. I booked a Junior Suite for my family and me, which was very clean, modern, and offered the best panoramic view. Of course, I would love to stay at this hotel again and meet these wonderful people once more. I fully recommend this hotel! Top service and a great location – it exceeded our expectations!

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times since it opened, and overall it’s an excellent place. The location is good, the rooms are clean, and the staff is consistently professional—just what you’d expect from a hotel of this standard. However, I’ve noticed a significant increase in pricing over the years. During the off-season, rates have nearly doubled, and in high season, prices can be three to four times higher than they used to be. For returning guests, this is quite disappointing. Free parking is advertised and available for hotel guests, which is great, but the hotel also allows non-guests to pay for parking. This makes the parking situation feel less exclusive and sometimes inconvenient, which takes away from the benefit a bit. I usually enjoy using the spa during my stays, but after my most recent experience, I won’t be returning. The pricing has become absurd—almost €150 (even at a discounted rate) for a 90-minute massage that normally costs €200. It’s just not justifiable anymore. Overall, still a solid hotel with many good qualities, but some of the value for money has definitely been lost.

The service was perfect, the room was very clean, and the location is considered great. I loved the stay at this hotel and I highly recommend it. I’d like to mention Zineb and Imrak who were very helpful, friendly, and outgoing. Zineb was always checking up on us . She also managed to provide us with a room with an amazing sea view.

Dear Zineb, we are leaving Istanbul now but I wanted to say a massive thank you for your kindness and hospitality, you have been absolutely amazing and made our anniversary trip even more enjoyable. Your level of care and service was beyond expectations and was greatly appreciated. I absolutely love coming to Turkey because the hospitality is great, the people are lovely, and it goes without saying the breathtaking views! My only regret is that I did not stay longer! Insha’Allah next time I will come back to Doubletree Hilton hotel for much longer and to experience your hospitality once again thank you. The wedding hall next door is also a beautiful and elegant venue. The cleanliness, facilities, and restaurants were great value for money. The owner of the gift shop is a lovely gentleman, however it is closed on Sundays so bear that in mind. The location is also a great distance into town. Overall 10/10.
